The seminar aims to enable students to critically engage with issues in strategic management research. By gathering extensive information (e.g., data gathering for a new measurement construct), students develop a novel solution to a given current topic. The findings are then presented and discussed in an oral examination. Students reflect upon the data gathering journey and critically assess the corresponding literature on a specific topic. By this, students learn to gather information purposefully and in detail, and to present them in a solution-focused manner.
The seminar depends on a given project availability and suitability.
