Exciting Guest Lecture by Benny Hahn, Co-CEO of ZEP GmbH

On January 8, 2025, the Chair of Corporate Management welcomed Benny Hahn (Co-CEO of ZEP GmbH) for an inspiring guest lecture in the Managerial Finance module.

As part of the lecture titled “Search Funds: Your Chance to Become an Entrepreneur,” Benny Hahn introduced the concept of search funds and shared insights into his personal journey as an entrepreneur.

A search fund is an investment vehicle created by entrepreneurs to identify an established company with growth potential, acquire it together with investors, and take over its succession.
