Exciting guest lecture “Be prepared for the future.” by Roland Berger
As part of the Business Strategy module, Dr David Born (Senior Manager, Head of RBI) and Dr Christian Krys (Senior Expert) from the Roland Berger Institute gave a presentation on future megatrends. The presentation centred on preparing companies for the challenges ahead with the help of scenario planning and sensitivity analyses.
