Exciting guest lecture by Dr Thomas Bühler, Afinum Management GmbH
On December 6, 2023, the Chair of Corporate Management once again welcomed FAU alumnus Dr Thomas Bühler (CEO of Afinum Management GmbH) for an inspiring guest lecture.
Dr Bühler studied and received his doctorate at FAU in 1990 and has been active in the medium-sized investment business for more than 25 years.
As part of the “Managerial Finance” lecture, Dr Bühler spoke on the topic: “Private Equity and Search Funds, your chance to become an entrepreneur.”
During the guest lecture, Dr Bühler explained the main features of private equity mechanisms and the promising concept of search funds.
