Consultants at Bloom Partners collaborate closely with our clients and their ambitions and take over responsibility from day one. Our clients are well-known players across numerous industries (e.g. Mobility, Energy, Health) and you will be driving their growth by being responsible for the following:
- Engage in Business intelligence initiatives, unveil key trends, develop benchmarks and best practice cases;
- Develop innovative business models, portfolio- and brand strategies within different business contexts;
- Drive and conduct projects that you own throughout the process, from initial qualitative and quantitative research over delivery of strategic recommendations to driving transition plans;
- Coordinate internal teams working on your project as well as external partners;
- Support business development activities, thought leadership and entrepreneurship projects.
YOUR PROFILE
The successful candidate is a Digital an/or Marketing hero with a university degree (any subject expertise welcome)! We welcome different sets of previous digital experience ranging from strategy consulting, start-up background to digital business units of leading brands. Moreover, fluency in German and English is key for our everyday work. In line with our values at Bloom Partners, you are an excellent fit for us if you combine some of the following traits:
- Entrepreneurial and hands-on attitude towards projects and problem solving;
- Business-minded approach toward topics of digital, innovation and agile management;
- Strong analytical skills and highly structured thinking;
- Positive can-do attitude, taking ownership quickly and openness to new and courageous ideas;
- Experience in taking an idea from theory and analysis into a market launch – either as an entrepreneur, member of a start-up team, or as a member of a project team;
- Desire to work at a fast-paced, growing and entrepreneurial company.
